Privacy Policy

AMSYON is a technology-services brand being established in India; business/entity registration is in progress. The people currently managing the website handle privacy enquiries at apex@amsyon.com. This notice covers information handled through the public website and is not a statement that registration is complete.

Information handled by the website

Website visits and security. When you visit the site, the hosting and security provider may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, request time, and security or error events. The chat service also uses the connecting IP address to enforce a request limit and reduce automated abuse.

Enquiries. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The site does not send or store that form submission. If you choose to send the email, AMSYON receives the information in it and uses it to respond and discuss the requested service. Your email provider and AMSYON’s email provider will also process the message.

Chat assistant. When you send a chat message, the message and up to the 12 most recent conversation messages are sent to AMSYON’s Cloudflare Worker, which requests a response from Cloudflare Workers AI. The chat history stays in the page’s memory while the page is open; the site does not save it in an account or browser storage.

Cloudflare states that standard, non-stateful Workers AI requests are processed only as needed to provide the response, that it does not use customer content to train the models, and that operational metadata may still be processed or retained. Voice input. If you choose voice input, your browser asks for microphone permission and uses its speech-recognition feature to turn speech into text. Depending on your browser and device, an associated browser or operating-system speech service may process the audio. The resulting transcript is sent as chat text. You can use text chat without enabling microphone access.

Why information is used

AMSYON uses enquiry information to respond to your request and discuss or prepare the service you asked about. Technical information is used by hosting and security services to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and protect the site, and to limit abusive chat traffic. The AI assistant provides general service and pricing guidance; it does not make decisions about your eligibility for a service.

AMSYON is based in India and intends to handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have a phased commencement schedule. Some provisions take effect before others; core processing obligations are scheduled to commence 18 months after publication of the commencement notification. We are preparing our processes for the applicable requirements and will update this notice when our practices or the law change. This policy does not claim that every provision is already in force.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and AI processing. Your browser or device provider may process audio when you use speech recognition. Email providers process messages that you choose to send. These providers may process information outside India. We will consider applicable Indian requirements for such processing. Their own privacy notices describe their processing in more detail.

Storage and retention

The website does not keep enquiry form submissions in a website database. Chat text is held in page memory while the page is open and is cleared when you reload or close it. Cloudflare’s standard Workers AI inference retention and operational metadata are subject to the provider’s documentation and settings; security or error logs may be processed by the hosting platform. If you email AMSYON, the message is kept in the relevant email system while needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and then deleted or otherwise disposed of when no longer needed.

The public website does not use advertising trackers, user accounts, online payments, or a customer database.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use voice input and can use email or text chat instead. You may email apex@amsyon.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, subject to applicable law and any records that must be retained. The DPDP Act and Rules provide for individual rights and grievance mechanisms on a phased commencement schedule; the applicable statutory rights and routes depend on the provisions in force at the time. We will review requests and update this notice as the requirements take effect.

Blockchain and wallet features

This website currently does not connect to cryptocurrency wallets, process token transactions, use smart contracts, or put personal information on a public blockchain. Never send wallet recovery phrases or private keys through this website, chat, or email.

External websites

The site links to third-party websites, including social media. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not by this policy.
